Public Image Award

This District 7510 award is intended to recognize the Rotary club/clubs that have done the most to promote Rotary in their communities during the Rotary year.

Criteria include:

• a description of the club's public relations program (include the program goals and accomplishments)

• documentation of news releases, interaction with the business community and public-at-large, public service announcements, and types & description of media used

• assessment of results (increased public awareness of club activities, Rotary Foundation, and International activities. Specific results also may be in the form of increased Rotary and Interact/Rotaract membership, increased public participation in club fundraising events and/or increased business/civic participation in club financial sponsorships. Media types include newspapers, radio, television, websites, and the Internet.

Club President will be notified in late winter to apply for the Public Relations Award. Applications should be sent to the following address:
